Text2Drive is a nation wide and rapidly growing software company which provides a communications platform for car dealerships and their customers. Our platform is built on customer interaction and feedback so we’re always cooking up new features for our team to learn about.

Tier 1 Support is an entry-level position within Text2Drive which requires telephone skills, attention to detail and a helpful attitude with our users. Although we work with car dealerships, knowledge of cars is not a requirement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Intake and resolve basic support requests/calls/emails
  • Document cases within the assigned CRM
  • Provide internal support to Customer Success Managers
  • Complete data audits
  • Set up new dealerships

  • Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team settings, taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to absorb knowledge quickly, work well under pressure, and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experienced with PC or Mac; must not be a technical expert but must grasp technical concepts
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive in following tasks through to completion
  • Comfortable in taking on new challenges that arise and flexible with shifting duties and responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with our customers to ensure they fully adopt and utilize our suite of products. Your goals are to create a partnership across multiple departments, connect with all levels of users and work toward each dealership’s goals.

The Customer Success Manager will also leverage their relationships they have built to drive customer development, advocacy and engagement. Your success will be rooted in cultivating successful customers that become fans and advocates of Text2Drive.

  • Collaborate with recently signed customers & successfully onboarding their teams

  • Document customer information, activities and interactions within the assigned CRM
  • Drive expansion opportunities for inside and outside sales initiatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and text
  • Provide users with troubleshooting, functionality explanations and best practices
  • Willing and able to travel 8-10 days per month

A look inside the job:

  • Responsible for growing their team’s number of new business closed by pro-actively generating new qualified leads each day
  • Find, Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads
  • Work together with Reginal Sales Manager to target leads that have gone dark, specific OEMs, and current sister stores
  • Conduct outbound prospecting by phone
  • Exceptional cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills including the ability to clearly articulate, inspire, project confidence, influence, overcome objections, and remain resilient throughout
  • Outgoing, confident and go-getter
  • Utilize the CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated
